ENTAsplit Ultra (EMBOSSED surface) is a pre-insulated SINGLE copper tube with embossed surface, made for air conditioning systems.
Characteristics of COPPER
Manufactured in accordance with EN 12735-1 (or ASTM B280), with Cu ≥ 99.9% copper purity, deoxidized Phosphorus (0.015% ≤ P≤ 0.040%) suitable for the transport of popular old generation HFC refrigerant gases (R407C - R410A), and new generation mildly flammable gases A2L class (R32).
Physical state Annealed R220N / mm2.
High internal cleaning with residue C <20mg / dm2.

PACKAGING

Each single coil is well sealed at both ends, to ensure perfect cleaning inside the tube. The insulating sheath is marked at each meter with dimensions, normative references and traceability codes. Each coil can be packaged individually with stretchable LDPE.

Characteristics of INSULATION

Manufactured in compliance with the EN 1413: 2009 + A1: 2013 standard, the insulation is made up of 2 layers (this insulation is also commonly known as “3 layers”):
- The OUTER layer, in closed cell cross-linked PE (polyethylene) foam, which confers important mechanical properties as well as high softness.
- The INNER layer, in closed cell PE (polyethylene) foam.
The double-layer structure guarantees great insulating power, ensures a high resistance to vapor diffusion (μ ≥ 10.000), a thermal conductivity of ʎ ≤ 0.040 W/mK at 40°C, and a reaction class to fire according to the European standard EN13501-1: BL S1 d0.
Our particular sensitivity to ecological issues is confirmed by our expansion foaming process totally 'green', that does not involve Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC’s) and Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC’s).
Operating temperature from -40°C to +105°C.
